Light Show To Go
From background fill lights to music-keyed flashing bright lights to strobe, laser or other effects—Party Hits can light up your night. Light shows are optional, ask your Party Hits sales representative for price information. (Two fifteen-foot aluminum light trees are shown below).
Save money by ordering a more modest set-up. Add our LP1 (lighting package 1) to any 3-hour DJ package for a flat rate of $150, or to any 4-hour party for an additional $125. LP1 consists of 1 fifteen foot light tree with 4 par lamps and colored gels, 2 rain spots and 1 multi-color effects light, and a light controller to sequence lights or react to the beat of the music. As an example, a basic 3 hour PH1 package with EVERYTHING: DJ, music mixer, primary stereo speakers, powered subwoofer, microphones and all sound equipment—plus our basic lighting package option (LP1)—would start at $850 (standard season rates). For a PH1 3-hour show at less cost, remove subwoofer and save $100, remove LP1 and save $150. So, for those on a tight budget, it is possible to get super service and great sound for as little as $600 for a three hour show. Read more rate package information here.

There are times when DJs are booked to play events that also feature a live band. The photos below illustrate 2 lighting trees at work. Instead of the traditional "disco" style flashing light sequences, the DJ lights were used as stage lights for the band. Later in the evening, the lighting trees were rotated to cover the dance floor and the lighting controller was turned on to sequence lights to the beat of DJ music.
